Lynda Horn is the Director of Employment Services with the Center for Veterans Issues. She has over 28 years of experience working with low-income and disenfranchised populations in Wisconsin. She has a BS in education, and prior to joining CVI served as a supervisor and trainer in the Waukesha County Human Services Department for 17 years. As an independent contractor, Ms. Horn developed technical training curriculums and served as a regional trainer for the Wisconsin Department of Workforce Development.
