Job Description
Under the supervision of the Assistant Director of Academic Advising, the incumbent has responsibility for all undergraduate intake advising functions for the CNAS Undergraduate Academic Advising Center (UAAC). This position is responsible for coordinating operations of the UAAC front desk, general undergraduate advising check ins (GUAC) process, all electronic intake functions such as Zoom phone, chat bot, virtual activities, and form processing activities for the unit to include standard CNAS forms, campus forms, and all undergraduate CNAS petitions. The incumbent will provide guidance and expertise to other intake advisors, and will supervise peer advisors and mentors serving in an intake capacity for the unit. In addition, this position will be responsible for an advising caseload to be determined by the Assistant Director. This position is responsible for ensuring that all CNAS undergraduate students have appropriate and streamlined access to seek professional guidance and support through the various UAAC intake channels.

The full salary range for the Intake Advising Coordinator is $23.85 - $40.33 per hour. However, the expected pay scale for this position is $23.95 - $28.73 per hour. We base salary offers on a variety of considerations, such as education, licensure and certifications, experience, and other business and organizational needs.
